Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately as of March 2022, I have to enforce my cancellation policy. I haven't run into this issue in quite some time but it's been happening a lot more in recent months. Please keep in mind that if a client doesn't show up that is a time slot that another one of my clients would of loved to have. Should you need to cancel an appointment I kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the service cost. No calls and No shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and the client will not be able to book future appointments with me. This will now be strictly enforced. Thank you for your understanding

All Gift Certificates are non refundable.  They can be used for the nominal amount of purchase price on any retail or service and have no expiration date.
